Who does NYPH work with?
Our services are designed exclusively for licensed attorneys and law firms, particularly those handling personal injury matters in the state of New York. We do not provide services directly to the public or to pro-se litigants.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 3–4 business days. If an assignment requires faster completion, rush services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Does NYPH offer rush or expedited services?
Yes. Rush requests can often be completed within 24–48 hours, depending on the scope of the project and our current workload. Rush service fees will be discussed before work begins.
How are completed documents delivered?
Completed documents are delivered via Google drive link in a protected PDF format. The documents are password-protected and viewable for review. Once payment is received, a fully editable and unrestricted version will be provided.
When is payment due?
Invoices are issued once the document has been completed and delivered for review. Payment must be received before the final unrestricted version of the document is released. Payments are securely processed through Intuit QuickBooks. Payments can be made by Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ACH bank transfer, PayPal, and Venmo.
Do you provide a summary of the work completed?
Yes. Every completed project includes a Work Summary Sheet which outlines the documents prepared for the case, any issues or concerns the attorney should be aware of, and potential opportunities to increase case value. This allows attorneys to quickly understand the work completed and any strategic considerations.
Is NYPH insured?
Yes. Our business carries General Liability Insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000 providing an additional layer of protection and professionalism for the attorneys we work with.
How does NYPH maintain confidentiality?
All case materials are handled with strict confidentiality. Documents are stored securely and are only used for the purpose of completing the requested work for the retaining attorney. No case information is shared with third parties.
Does NYPH interact with clients or opposing counsel?
No. We work exclusively behind the scenes and do not communicate with clients, insurance companies, or opposing counsel unless specifically authorized by the retaining attorney.
